The challenge
Dispatchers were planning thousands of daily stops by hand, and drivers juggled three different apps on the road. Every missed delivery window cost money and customer trust.
Our solution
We built a single Flutter app for iOS and Android with offline-first sync, so drivers keep working in dead zones. Behind it, a routing service re-optimizes routes in real time as traffic and orders change, integrated with the client's existing warehouse and telematics systems.
